Founded on a simple idea.

Affiliated Capital Group was founded on a simple idea: in single-tenant retail, certainty wins. Sellers and brokers don't need another buyer who ties up a property and retrades. They need a counterparty who underwrites cleanly, closes confidently, and means what they say.

We focus exclusively on single-tenant retail across Florida — acquiring stabilized assets, developing build-to-suit projects, and leasing ground-up opportunities. Our market knowledge runs deep: corridor by corridor, tenant by tenant, lender by lender.

We're not chasing every deal. We're chasing the right ones — and building long-term relationships with the brokers, sellers, and operators who bring them to us.

When we issue an LOI, we're prepared to close on those terms. We underwrite hard up front so we don't have to retrade later. Our reputation is built on follow-through, and we protect it carefully.

Many of the best opportunities are off-market and confidential. Submitted opportunities are treated with the same care a seller would expect from their own counsel — held tight, evaluated quickly, and never shopped.
